We are one stressed generation, stressed about finances, kids, work, health, we stress about things that has happened of which we cannot change nor have any control over, we stress about things that has not happened yet and probably never will, we stress about what people think of us, and we stress about what we think of ourselves. We are one messed up stress ball needing a much-needed lifeline. 


We live vicariously through movies, books, social media, celebrities, friends and family, not stopping for once to consider that we are not living at all but just surviving on auto pilot. We go to a job we don't like to earn a salary hate even more; we surround ourselves with people who don't like us and whom we don't like but do it anyway because we feel we don't have a choice. We chase that salary thinking without it we will surely die as it will be the end of the world. 


In our defence, we were taught to do exactly what we are doing, and I must say we do it brilliantly well. BUT this isn't living. we have dreams and to us that is all that is a "dream", well we are here to tell you that you can change your life and start living your dream! Let us show you how!
